Consultation
Consultations are 100% free and ideal for those who wish to meet me first, have questions regarding hypnosis/hypnotherapy, or questions on personal matters.
It is not necessary to have a consultation first (most clients do not have a consultations first), and consultations can be done by in person or by video chat.

Intensive Dive

Many issues and topics can usually be significantly reduced or resolved within one session.
These can include everything from wanting to stop smoking, fear of spiders, fear of waves, anger towards someone in present or past, unwanted emotional patterns, insomnia, bad temper, breaking negative financial habits, fear of public speaking, moving forward from a past relationship, overcoming shyness, and more.
To ensure you only need one session, please come relaxed.

Fully Overcome It
3 sessions
To properly and fully overcome some topics, booking several sessions is ideal as each session allows the client to dive deeper into themselves with more thorough clearing and harmonization of themselves. The clients can approach the issue in a more refined & focused manner and this also provides more profound insights for the client.
Topics: Generally, the topics addressed tend to have several root causes and can be more complex such as trauma healing, low self-confidence, insomnia, transformative processes, and more.

Each session focuses on a different topic to be resolved. This is most popular for individuals who know the list of issues, discomforts, and triggers that they would like to overcome, aware of the blocks that have, are working through cPTSD, want to look at the metaphysical causes of a physical ailment, and/or are on the path of transformation.
