Online sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. In exceptional circumstances, and only where appropriate, sessions may be conducted via WhatsApp video call.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, therapy sessions are not recorded.

6. Payments & Booking Information

Appointments are managed using approved scheduling systems such as Acuity Scheduling.

Payments are processed using secure third-party payment providers such as Xendit. We do not store your complete payment card details.
