Rapid Healing for Children
Rapid Healing designed for children under the age of 10 and young people under the age of 16 who may benefit from support at the unconscious and superconscious levels of the mind.

Children's Rapid Healing is a gentle, focused therapeutic approach designed to support children by working primarily with the unconscious and superconscious aspects of the mind. It offers a calm and non-invasive way of addressing emotional, behavioural, and life challenges without requiring children to fully understand or verbalise everything they are experiencing.
Because children do not always have the words, emotional awareness, or developmental maturity to explain what they are experiencing, the therapeutic process does not rely solely on discussion. Instead, it works with the underlying patterns, emotional imprints, and internal conflicts that may be contributing to the presenting concern.
Every session is individually tailored to the child's age, personality, needs, and circumstances. The intention is not simply to reduce behaviours or emotional responses, but to understand and address the underlying factors contributing to them, creating the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change.
Many parents choose Children's Rapid Healing for concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, confidence, fears, behavioural changes, sleep difficulties, adjustment to life events, or other situations where a gentle and supportive therapeutic approach may be beneficial.
Throughout the process, each session progresses at a pace that respects the child's comfort, emotional readiness, and individual needs.
Who Is This For?
This session may be appropriate for children and young people who are experiencing:
Emotional difficulties or overwhelm
Low confidence or self-esteem
Nightmares or disrupted sleep
Recurring fears and phobias
Unwanted emotional or behavioural reactions
Challenges related to school, sports, social situations, or performance
Difficult transitions or life changes
Anxiety, worry, or heightened sensitivity
Difficulty expressing what they are feeling or experiencing
Parents often seek support when they know something is not quite right, but their child is unable to clearly explain what is happening, or other approaches have not been helpful in supporting their child.
Parent & Caregiver Involvement
Parents and caregivers play an important role in the process. Depending on the child's age and needs, part of the session may involve discussion with the parent or caregiver to better understand the situation, gather relevant background information, and provide observations or recommendations that may help support the child moving forward.
What Makes This Approach Different?
Unlike many approaches that rely heavily on conversation and self-reflection, Rapid Healing requires very little conscious participation from the child. This can make it particularly suitable for children who:
Find it difficult to talk about their feelings
Become overwhelmed when discussing their experiences
Are very young
Struggle to identify or explain what is bothering them
Would benefit from a gentler yet more direct approach
The goal is to support positive change while allowing the child to engage in a way that feels comfortable, natural, and age-appropriate.
Expectations
Every child is unique, and responses to the work can vary depending on their age, personality, circumstances, and environment. While many children experience meaningful shifts following a session, lasting change is often best supported when the child is surrounded by a stable, supportive, and responsive environment.
For this reason, when relevant, observations regarding factors that may be influencing the child's wellbeing will be shared with the parent or caregiver. This is intended to help create the most supportive environment possible for the child moving forward.
As with all of my work, comfort, consent, and safety remain central throughout the process.

What to Expect
Children's Rapid Healing is intentionally designed to be delivered remotely. Sessions take place at pre-arranged dates and times without the child needing to attend via Zoom or video call, allowing them to remain comfortably engaged in their normal daily routine.
Prior to the first session, you will be asked to share information about your child via written form, including your observations, current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to achieve through the process. This provides the foundation for the therapeutic work and allows each session to be tailored to your child's individual needs.
There is nothing your child needs to do during the sessions. They are not required to consciously participate, discuss their experiences, or even be aware that the session is taking place. This approach can be particularly valuable for younger children or those who find it difficult to express or make sense of what they are experiencing.
Each process typically consists of four 30-minute sessions completed over approximately four to five weeks, although the number and timing of sessions may be adjusted according to your child's individual needs and progress.
Following each session, you will receive a written summary via WhatsApp outlining the work completed, relevant observations, and any recommendations to support your child's ongoing progress. Parents play an important role throughout the process by sharing any meaningful changes they observe between sessions, allowing the therapeutic approach to be refined and adapted where appropriate.
While some children demonstrate noticeable changes quickly, for others the process continues to unfold gradually over the days and weeks that follow as new patterns, emotional responses, and ways of relating begin to emerge.
