Those who are looking to only accumulate knowledge and tools. This is not the ideal course for such students as inner work is a large part of the course.

Those who are overly competitive in nature. We will be working together very intimately and each course forms a community feeling where we are supportive of each other's journeys.

Those who are uncomfortable with group setting work & are not willing to be vulnerable in sharing.

Those who are are still in the raw or deep processing phase of a traumatic event in their life. While this course is deeply healing, the course process is far too demanding to properly process trauma. This is not a course you should enrol in with the intention to help you overcome/process/heal a trauma you went through. If this is your case, please contact us so Kartika may suggest options for you to prepare for joining a future course.

The Details of the Hypnotherapy Course
Overview
The course spans over 4 months and there are two main components to the course:

A month-long in-group knowledge & practice component.

Three month-long individual practice & mentoring component.
NOTE: Starting 2024, the first month schedule will change.
October 2023 will be the last time there will be one full month of in-person time.

Month 1
The in-group knowledge & practice component

Week 1:

The in-group portion begins with foundational knowledge which of the mind, human experience, hypnosis & therapy, trauma healing, emotions, ethics, and therapist preparations.

All online, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; pre-recorded with live group zoom calls.

Week 2:
-
This is followed by a thorough exploration and experience of each portion included in the HHHypnosis process that has led to Kartika's successful practice. This includes different processes such as emotional release, shadow work, trauma healing, parts therapy, somatic release, inner-child work, forgiveness therapy, and working with the energy body.

Week 3 & 4

A key component of the in-group portion is the practice rounds where students carry out hypnotherapy sessions and also delve into their own subconscious to resolve any of their triggers and unresolved traumas that may be holding them back from being the best possible hypnotherapist.

The Individual Practice & Mentoring component

This component follows immediately the in-group portion above and takes place over the following 3 months.

During this component, students carry out a minimum 18 hypnotherapy sessions on their own (without receiving payment or any exchange) and reflective post-session questionnaires are to be submitted for each session.

As individuals have their own challenges and interests, Kartika and Mentors individually mentor each student as they experience insights & challenges.

New tools, techniques & approaches will be shared accordingly with each student.

1 x month group meeting will take place in-person or online.

You have experienced a Holistic Healing Hypnosis session with a HHHypnosis hypnotherapist. If you have not yet experienced a session, please contact us to book a session. Note that the fee for the hypnotherapy session is not included in the course fee.

A 30-minute Zoom discovery video call with Kartika. Note: not all students who apply to join the course are admitted! Student admission are based on a variety of factors, including the group dynamic.

Do I need to be a certified hypnotherapist do join this program?Yes, you must be as we will be discussing many elements that typically encompass a hypnotherapy session - induction, deepening, scripts, tools, modalities, etc.

I didn't graduate from HHHypnosis School. Can I still join this program?Yes! Though it is dependent on the style of hypnotherapy you carry out. This program is best suited for the hypnotherapists who have been certified and practice regression, past life, parts therapy, and/or who are integrative hypnotherapist, holistic hypnotherapist, and/or combine psychotherapy tools in their practice. If you are not sure, please reach out to set up a (free) meeting/video call with Kartika.

Why do we need a minimum of 3 meetings?This is simply to allow the relationship to form between the mentee and Kartika. There are no contracts or agreements otherwise, as Kartika feels this restricts such relationships.

What kind of hypnotherapists do you mentor?I work with new hypnotherapists, established hypnotherapist and other mental health professionals (clinical psychologist and psychotherapist) who practice hypnotherapy.

Do I have to sign a contract or agreement to join this mentorship program?Not at this time.

What is the process to join this mentorship program?First, please reach out! Then, an in-person or video call will be set up so you can see if you are a good match for this. If so, you'll then agree which date and time works for you both.

What are the fees for the mentorship program?Mentees in Europe: Euro 150/hour Mentees in North America: USD 150/ hour Mentees in Indonesia: IDR 1,500,000/hour.
